Use of the site

Permitted use

By accessing or using 92clubi.org (the "Site"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable Indian law, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Access is granted for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any use of the Site that falls outside these boundaries, including commercial resale of information or systematic scraping of content, is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your access without notice or refund.

Prohibited conduct

You must not use the Site to violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. You must not transmit unsolicited communications, malicious code, or spam; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its connected systems; scrape or harvest data without prior written consent from 92 Club; impersonate any person or entity; or interfere with the integrity or performance of the Site or the data it contains.

Where payments are processed through Indian instruments, such as PhonePe, Google Pay (GPay), BHIM UPI, or net banking, you must not initiate fraudulent or disputed transactions or attempt to circumvent payment authentication. Violations may be reported to the relevant authorities under applicable Indian cybercrime statutes.

Modifications and availability

92 Club reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without prior notice. We may revise these Terms periodically; the date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms, and it is your responsibility to review these Terms each time you access the Site.

Intellectual property

Ownership

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the exclusive property of 92 Club or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable Indian and international copyright, trademark, and related intellectual property laws. The "92 Club" name, logo, and all associated marks are proprietary trademarks of 92 Club and may not be reproduced, imitated, or used in any form without prior written permission.

Limited licence

Subject to these Terms, 92 Club grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view the Site solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any Site content; deploy data-mining robots or automated extraction tools; download or copy account or transactional information for the benefit of any third party; or use the 92 Club name, logo, or trademarks in any manner likely to cause confusion or imply endorsement of an unaffiliated product or service.

User-submitted content

If you submit or transmit any content to the Site, you grant 92 Club a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with operating and promoting the Site. You represent and warrant that you own or hold all necessary rights to that content and that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights. 92 Club may remove any user-submitted content at its sole discretion, without notice or liability to you.

Limitation of liability

No warranties

The Site and all content and services provided through it are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement. 92 Club does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components, nor that any defects will be corrected.

Limitation of damages

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law, 92 Club, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site, even if 92 Club has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you for any direct loss exceed the amount, if any, actually paid by you to 92 Club in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Third-party services

The Site may link to or integrate third-party platforms, including payment processors such as PhonePe, GPay, and BHIM UPI. 92 Club has no control over the content, policies, or practices of those third parties and accepts no responsibility for them. Your use of any third-party service is governed entirely by that third party's own terms and privacy policy, and any dispute arising from such use must be resolved directly with the relevant third party.
