92 Club - Responsible Gaming
92 Club responsible gaming: how to set deposit and time limits, recognise problem-gambling warning signs, self-exclude, and reach confidential 18+ support helplines.
Play within your limits
Responsible gaming at 92 Club begins before you log in. Decide on a fixed session budget, for example ₹500 per week, and treat that amount the same way you would treat a cinema ticket: once it is spent, the evening is over. Use a separate UPI wallet on PhonePe or GPay loaded with only your gambling allowance so the money is physically ring-fenced from rent, groceries and EMI payments.
Never chase losses. If you have burned through your session budget, log out immediately. Increasing stakes to recover lost money almost always deepens the deficit. Take at least a 24-hour cooling period before your next session. Balance gaming with other activities, a walk, a family meal, a cricket match with friends, so it stays one small part of a varied week rather than the main event.
Warning signs of problem gambling
Problem gambling rarely arrives all at once. Early signals include spending more than your pre-set budget on three or more consecutive sessions, thinking about upcoming bets while at work or during family time, and feeling irritable or anxious on days when you do not play. Financial red flags are equally important: borrowing from friends, dipping into a savings account, or delaying an EMI to fund a deposit all indicate that gambling has moved beyond entertainment.
If you answer "yes" to two or more of the following, consider using the account controls below or speaking to a counsellor: (1) Have you lied to someone close to you about how much you gamble? (2) Have you gambled to escape stress, loneliness or depression? (3) Have you tried to stop and failed more than once? Recognising these signs early is the most effective way to prevent serious financial or emotional harm.
Deposit, loss and time limits
92 Club provides three built-in limit tools accessible from your account dashboard under Settings → Responsible Gaming. A deposit limit caps how much you can fund your account over a daily, weekly or monthly period, for example ₹2,000 per week. A loss limit halts your session automatically once your net losses reach a threshold you choose, such as ₹500 in a single day. A session time limit logs you out after a set duration, 30, 60 or 90 minutes, so a quick game cannot silently stretch into several hours.
Increases to any limit take 72 hours to activate, giving you a mandatory reflection window. Reductions apply immediately. We recommend reviewing your limits every month, particularly after a salary credit or festival bonus, when it is tempting to increase stakes. Pairing these controls with a dedicated UPI sub-wallet on BHIM or GPay, separate from your main account, adds a practical second barrier between impulse and action.
Self-exclusion and cool-off
If limits alone are not enough, 92 Club offers two stronger interventions. A cool-off period temporarily suspends your account for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. During a cool-off you cannot log in, deposit or place bets; any scheduled bonuses are paused. To activate it, go to Settings → Responsible Gaming → Take a Break and select your preferred duration, the restriction applies within minutes.
For a longer break, self-exclusion closes your account for a minimum of six months or permanently. Email [email protected] with the subject line "Self-Exclusion Request" and our team will process the closure within one working day. Unlike a cool-off, self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires, this deliberate friction is part of what makes it effective. We also recommend blocking gambling-related transactions through your bank's UPI settings on PhonePe or your card issuer's app for an additional layer of protection.
